In July, guests at our Cotswold Campfire Cookout created a delicious summer feast guided by chef & culinary tutor Gregg Brown.
The menu, developed specially for this event, featured local, organic and seasonal ingredients and a variety of campfire cookery methods.
With fresh wholesome flavours from the gazpacho starter through to the berries'n'cream campfire cannoli dessert - and plenty of tools and techniques to experiment with - a fun foodie evening filled with smiles and conversation was enjoyed by all!

The Campfire Experience donated £5 per ticket sold to children's charity Rose Hill Junior Youth Club. A big THANK YOU to all our guests for the support!
