BOOKING POLICY
Terms & Conditions of Booking
By booking with The Campfire Experience you confirm that:
- You understand and am comfortable with the risks associated with wild craft and campfire related outdoor activities;
- You choose to partake at your own risk;
- You agree to a calm and respectful code of conduct for the benefit of staff, fellow guests and the environment;
- You agree to follow safety guidelines and instructions shared by the session host/s.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY
By booking with The Campfire Experience, you understand and accept that:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before your session date, you will accept a full refund, or credit transfer towards a future session;
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your session date, no refund or credit transfer is available;
- If The Campfire Experience cancels your session (e.g. due to staff illness or extreme weather), you will accept a full refund, or credit transfer towards a future session.
- Cancellation/Refund requests must be emailed to info@campfirexp.com (including full name, booking/payment receipt reference, contact details and details of request) and the business aims to respond within 28 days.

By accessing our website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to accept all terms and conditions listed on this page, please refrain from using our website.

The following terminologies apply to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy:
- “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using this website and compliant to the The Campfire Experience terms and conditions
